Allied Communications is actively involved with the African Centre of Legal Excellence in Kampala, Uganda on various telecom regulatory issues faced by African countries in the emerging competitive marketplace, particularly the areas of interconnection and Internet Protocol Telephony and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and capacity building in such matters as spectrum planning, transparency, and regulatory enforcement.
